Someone else needs to know how to call someone else. We don't like to think about it, but we need to be prepared if something bad happens. That's why there is a campaign afloat to encourage people to store emergency contact information in their cell phones in case someone needs to be notified. Take some time today to create an entry of your emergency contact person in your cell phone so that if the need arose, medical personnel would know whom to notify on your behalf. While we hope it's never needed, it is always good to make important information accessible to the right people in a crisis situation.

To make my ICE easy to find, I added a space before the name so it's the first one in my cell phonebook. In fact, I have two ICE numbers...just in case I'm in an accident with one of them, the second one could be contacted.
