Start 2008 off better. Yes, we have a book based on this theme. But, that's not the only reason we're talking about New Year's resolutions. Or rather, why New Year's resolutions are terrible ideas. We believe in the power of the small and measurable – thus, we suggest making new day's resolutions. By waking up each morning and resolving to do one small, but meaningful, thing, you'll accomplish a lot. Beginning tomorrow, don't get bogged down with the weight of 366 days coming at you. Whether you're aiming to slim down, clean up or help out, take it all one day at a time.

Sports 4 All Foundation is a non-profit in west Nashville that provides sports equipment and funding to people with disabilities. We take donated gear, equipment and clothing and "recycle" it. We have supported hundreds of people with disabilities. Please consider donated your unwanted stuff to Sports 4 All. www.s4af.org. We will even come pick it up! Many thanks. You can also find out more about us on CoolPeopleCare - we are a partner of this fabulous organization as well. Happy Holidays! If you have any questions, please call us at (615) 354-6454 or email us at sara@s4af.org
