Nice guys and girls finish last.

In our hectic winner-take-all world, a lot of people are trying to be first. So what would it look like if instead, you tried to be last? What if you were the last one in the door, holding it open for others to go ahead of you? Maybe you could be the last one through the lunch line, or the last one to eat (making sure everyone has a chance to get their share). And then you could be the last one out after lunch (helping to clean up). Flip things on their head by letting others be first.
