The ides of April is upon us. In addition to filing your taxes (or an extension) next week, use the excuse of the looming deadline to take a look at your finances. Do you wish you'd given a bit more to charity last year? Saved more? Spent less on yourself and more on others? If so, instead of getting down in the dumps, make a resolution to use your purchasing power as an agent of positive change. Next week, we'll show you ways to use any refunds you're getting in a cool and caring way. For now, commit to positive consumer habits in the coming months.
