It's the perfect time to head to a state park.

While your tax dollars may be hard at work, you may not be using them to their full potential. Change all that this month by venturing out to your nearest city, state or national park. These public recreation centers are perfect places to exercise, meet folks, have fun, and get a glimpse of some wildlife. State and national parks are affordable and many showcase some very unique landforms or other features that are well worth the trip. If you can't make it to one this weekend, make sure to pencil in a visit during that summer vacation you're planning.
