What's the better option when shopping? Instead of making your regular weekly shopping list, make a 'better shopping list'. For example, you can buy butter, or you can buy better butter. The point being, when you're out of something and you need to stock up, choose the better option. While you can seemingly chase your tail in terms of what's 'better' (or even best), simply use our rule of thumb: it's better if it makes the world a better place. Pillows, shirts, coffee and books can all make the world a better place, if you're willing to weigh your options and choose the better buy.
